Sustainable interior design

arrow-down

Interior design becomes sustainable by building on existing values when modernising spaces. Nothing is lost from the previous architectural and visual elements and tools, even if an element is used for a different or unusual function. In this apartment in downtown Pest, we see Metlachi tiles salvaged from a hundred-year-old mansion in Bánk on the kitchen wall and an old door as a sliding door. The colour palette is designed to match the green cathedral glass present in the apartment and most of the furniture is salvaged pieces ready for today’s use, complemented by modern kitchen and bathroom furniture, appliances and sanitary ware.
